Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Movato, an international shopping and logistics platform operating in Kazakhstan, Cyprus and Armenia, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Yerevan. The role leads and executes marketing projects for a specific market, with a strong focus on digital campaigns and initiatives. It is a full-time, on-site position in the Yerevan office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, offline activations and communication activities
• Act as a coordination point between the marketing team, tech, customer support, agencies and external partners
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, content plans and task trackers
• Coordinate content creation, adaptation and publication across social media, websites and other channels
• Support paid media, social media, influencer, partnership, promotional and offline campaigns
• Support the planning of events, activations, content production and promotions
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables, review materials for accuracy and brand alignment, and track campaign metrics
• Support campaign reports and performance summaries, and coordinate influencers, partners and vendors
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing workflows and execution

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, with strong hands-on digital marketing experience
• Experience coordinating both digital and offline marketing activities is a plus
• Fluency in Russian, English and Armenian
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration skills

Required skills

• Digital marketing channels, campaign funnels and KPIs; social media, paid campaigns and content planning
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 or similar is a strong advantage
• Website analytics, conversions and campaign reporting
• Task management tools such as Asana, Trello or Jira are a plus
