Lead Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Storekeeper to manage receiving, inventory control and vendor relations for our food‑service operations in Tsaghkadzor. The role ensures that all deliveries meet quality standards, stock levels are maintained and the warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and process deliveries, verifying quantity, freshness and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, complete logs and requisition forms.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory.
• Resolve invoice‑delivery discrepancies and oversee returns with suppliers.
• Enforce food safety and handling policies across all food‑related areas.
• Inspect pallets, remove empty pallets, cardboard and trash, and store products appropriately.
• Assign tasks, mentor team members and ensure timely completion of work.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous guest service and handle telephone inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related storekeeping or inventory experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to read and verify information on labels, invoices and delivery documents.
