Logistics Manager

About the role

Lusar Trans is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee international freight transportation. The role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end delivery of cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries and translate them into transport orders.
• Organise and coordinate international freight shipments, selecting appropriate transport options.
• Book carriers, negotiate rates and maintain communication with partners and customers.
• Monitor the full order lifecycle from inquiry to final delivery, ensuring timely updates.
• Prepare and verify transportation documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond promptly to issues, propose solutions and ensure effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise work processes and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Previous work experience; logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• High level of responsibility, self‑organisation and time‑management.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem‑analysis abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
