Head of International Logistics Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of International Logistics Division to lead our freight transportation operations across Europe and Armenia. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the logistics team.
• Develop, optimize and document logistics processes.
• Manage the full operational cycle of LTL/groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia.
• Organise cooperation with international partners, carriers, agents and warehouses.
• Prepare transportation calculations, quotations and handle client inquiries.
• Review and monitor transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, BL, invoice, packing list, EX1/T1, etc.).
• Resolve customs procedures, delays and operational issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, customs and all parties involved in the logistics chain.
• Monitor transportation efficiency, costs and profitability.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding.
• University degree.
• Hands‑on experience managing LTL/groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia.
• Strong practical knowledge of Incoterms.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and international customs clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.
