Operations Manager – Fashion & E‑commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own day‑to‑day operations for a growing fashion and e‑commerce business. The role oversees customer service, production coordination, inventory planning and works closely with marketing and other teams to support scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring returns, refunds and issues are handled promptly and accurately.
• Identify recurring operational problems and implement processes to prevent future issues, establishing clear escalation procedures.
• Coordinate production workflows with managers, factories and logistics partners, supporting planning, stock reporting and inventory forecasting.
• Maintain alignment between production, fulfillment and customer service teams, especially for new product launches and increased SKU volume.
• Improve SOPs, workflows and internal processes across departments, creating clear ownership and reliable follow‑up systems.
• Partner with marketing to ensure operational readiness for campaigns and product launches.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years experience in customer success, account management or campaign operations, preferably in performance marketing, affiliate, commerce media or ad tech.
• Fluent in performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR and comfortable with daily account hygiene across multiple budgets and launches.
• Strong written communication in English and ability to work US business hours.
• Proactive problem‑solver who flags issues early and can make independent operational decisions.
