Operations Specialist

About the role

Galaxsys is looking for an Operations Specialist to keep its partners' projects running smoothly. The role covers system configurations, partner requests and coordination of project setups and activations, working closely with partners and the internal Technical and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all types of configurations in the company's Back Office systems
• Communicate directly with partners on requests such as currency additions, limit changes and new project setups
• Work with Technical and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and timely project delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of partner setups, configurations and activation processes
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, optimise technology use and implement best practices
• Identify and resolve setup or configuration issues and escalate critical ones when needed
• Follow up on tickets with internal teams to obtain information or technical support

Required profile

• Graduate degree; a technical background is preferable
• Excellent analytical skills and strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to write reports and to work in a team
• Attention to detail, good memory and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
• Good knowledge of Russian and English
