Pre‑Sales Engineer / Technical Sales

About the role

Zetta AV is seeking proactive Pre‑Sales Engineers to expand its presence in the Armenian market. The role combines business development, client acquisition and technical discovery to help customers choose the right professional audio‑visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across Armenia, including corporate customers, property developers, architects and IT companies.
• Generate leads, conduct initial meetings and understand business and technical requirements.
• Perform technical discovery, coordinate with the engineering team and help prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records and build long‑term professional relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and confidence in approaching new clients.
• Professional proficiency in Armenian and Russian, working knowledge of English.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about AV solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional audio and video systems.
• Familiarity with AV‑over‑IP and video‑conferencing technologies.
• Understanding of meeting‑room technologies, displays and video walls.
