Pro Product Specialist, Convex

About the role

You will join the Pro Product Excellence team at ServiceTitan, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive product success, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to manage a book of business focused on Pro Product adoption and ROI.
• Analyze adoption data and account trends to provide actionable insights and customized solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of Pro Products to answer customer questions and assess fit.
• Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams, feeding back on onboarding and utilization.
• Lead optimization discussions, provide specialized support, and own customer outcomes.
• Foster a high‑trust environment that encourages referrals and future adoption.
• Participate in feedback loops with Product to translate customer needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts with a proven success record.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and pays strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects using data‑driven decisions.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of value drivers in recurring‑revenue business models.
• Sales experience is a plus.
