Procurement Specialist

About the role

ROQ Capital is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead and coordinate the company’s procurement activities. You will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a transparent, efficient procurement process across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of goods and services throughout the organization.
• Source, assess, and compare suppliers and service providers.
• Obtain quotations, manage RFQs/tenders, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Onboard vendors, maintain documentation, and keep the vendor database up to date.
• Monitor contracts, track expiration dates, and handle renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT, and other teams for approvals and invoice processing.
• Support vendor due‑diligence and compliance requirements.
• Identify cost‑optimization and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of procurement procedures, workflows, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with high integrity.
• Fluency in Armenian and good command of English and Russian.
