Product Compliance Officer

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Product Compliance Officer to ensure that its gaming products meet all regulatory and certification standards. You will act as the bridge between product teams, legal, licensing, and external testing labs to guarantee smooth product roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and maintain compliance topics, Jira tasks, and issues for multiple product lines such as Creedroomz, Pascal, and Popok Gaming.
• Coordinate with Licensing, Certification, Product, and Legal teams to align roll‑out schedules with compliance requirements.
• Manage external consulting and testing companies for product certification and technical compliance reviews.
• Track certification status, manage timelines, and respond to regulatory inquiries about product functionality.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that comply with the labor code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Law, IT, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product compliance, software certification, or technical project management within the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of iGaming compliance, certification procedures, and testing lab requirements (e.g., GLI, iTech Labs).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience using agile workflow tools for task and issue management.
