Product Lead, Armenia

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Product Lead to drive its product strategy in Armenia. You will own the roadmap that aligns government public‑health goals with a seamless member experience, ensuring the company meets its contractual obligations and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy that supports coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession’s contractual commitments.
• Lead cross‑functional product crews (designers, engineers) to deliver enhancements and new features, managing parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
• Collaborate with global product areas to adapt worldwide innovations for the B2G model and local healthcare context.
• Partner with local operations, government relations, customer care, and the national health‑IT platform to align development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
• Implement data‑driven decision‑making, using analytics to measure impact on member access, efficiency, and government trust.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a product‑related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business Strategy) with a proven track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
• Experience working on software products that deliver high user satisfaction.
• Ability to navigate B2G environments and align product work with public‑sector objectives.
