Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dexatel is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to turn integrations with platforms such as Bitrix24, Pipedrive, Emarsys, Shopify and Customer.io into compelling offers that attract new customers and generate revenue. You will work closely with SEO, content, sales and product teams to drive inbound demand and improve marketplace visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target customers for each integration, understand their communication challenges and position Dexatel as the solution.
• Create positioning, messaging, packages and promotional offers for priority integrations.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams on integration pages, use‑case articles, competitor comparisons, email campaigns, webinars and product launches.
• Build and optimise marketplace listings, screenshots, demos and review initiatives to increase discovery and installations.
• Support sales and partner teams by joining calls, demoing use cases, preparing proposals and handling objections.
• Work with product to improve conversion, help customers complete setup and become paying users.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to product for enhancements that boost adoption.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B product, growth or commercial marketing for software products.
• Proven ability to design campaigns and offers that generate leads or sales.
• Strong understanding of SEO, inbound lead generation and website conversion.
• Confident communicator who can present products, speak with customers and support sales conversations.
