Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

FeedConstruct, an award‑winning global sports data and technology company, is looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to drive its social media presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with marketing, design, product and content teams to create engaging campaigns that support brand awareness and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create, publish and manage content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, messages and mentions while preserving the brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high‑quality campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare regular insight reports.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and assist with online events, campaigns and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven social media management experience, preferably in technology, B2B or sports data.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platform algorithms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and detail‑orientation skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
