About the role

Join Kodland’s global team as a Remote Sales Specialist focused on online programming courses for children and teens. You will conduct live demo lessons, guide families through course options, and turn warm leads into enrollments—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50‑minute online demo lessons for kids aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s learning format, answer questions, and help families select the right course.
• Convert interest into enrollments by building trust, handling objections, and motivating students.
• Maintain a reliable technical setup (PC with 8 GB RAM+, webcam, headset, stable internet).

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for clear conversations with parents and students.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (from 14:00 UK time) and one weekend day of choice, averaging about 25 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conference tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
