Remote Sales Trainer – Coaching & Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join a growing remote team. In this role you will transform new hires into confident sales professionals through structured coaching, mentoring, and performance development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one virtual sales training and coaching sessions.
• Teach new hires sales techniques, objection handling, rapport building, and closing strategies.
• Monitor trainee performance, provide ongoing feedback, and guide them from onboarding to independence.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials and coaching processes.
• Track progress against performance goals and collaborate with leadership to enhance the program.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong record of results.
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Coach, Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or onboarding sales teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working in the creator economy/adult content management industry (training only, no explicit content handling).
