About the role

The Idi Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Risk Analysis and Incident Management Department. The role involves overseeing the registration, classification, analysis, and response to operational risk incidents, as well as driving continuous improvement in risk monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the end‑to‑end process for incident registration, classification, analysis and response, ensuring proper reflection in information systems.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents, develop corrective actions and preventive measures, and monitor their implementation.
• Manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of non‑financial risks and scenario analyses to mitigate risk exposure.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of control mechanisms based on incident analysis results and propose process improvements.
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), analyse deviations from thresholds and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in the creation and periodic review of internal policies and procedures governing risk management.
• Prepare and present regular risk and incident reports to senior management and external stakeholders, and organise awareness and training sessions for staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Mathematics, IT, Cyber‑security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial or fintech sector, with at least 2 years in risk management; leadership experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated sense of accuracy, responsibility and business ethics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
