Sales Manager – Remote International Immigration Services

About the role

Immigram is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to engage with tech professionals, researchers, and founders worldwide. You will help them understand global immigration pathways and guide them through early visa options, all while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and explain major immigration visa categories such as O‑1, Global Talent, and Startup visas.
• Communicate with founders, engineers, researchers, and other high‑skill professionals about relocation opportunities.
• Build trust, answer questions, and guide prospects through the initial stages of the immigration process.
• Maintain clear, honest communication and follow up consistently with leads.
• Collaborate with an international team across multiple continents.

Required profile

• Strong ability to chase and follow up leads consistently.
• Excellent relationship‑building and trust‑establishing skills.
• Motivated by performance‑based results and eager to earn.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative without waiting for permission.
• Charismatic, positive, and comfortable communicating with people.
• Fluent spoken and written English at C1 level or higher.
