Senior International Budgeting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior International Budgeting Specialist to join our finance team in Yerevan. In this position you will support the organization’s financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily financial transactions for accuracy and adherence to internal budgeting guidelines.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual organizational budget.
• Maintain regular communication with all departments to collect budgeting information.
• Analyze and review budgets at departmental and organizational levels.
• Participate in variance analysis and reporting to aid financial decision‑making.
• Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
