Senior Product Manager

About the role

Toptal is seeking a customer‑centric Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI‑driven products that expand its talent marketplace. In this remote position you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and other product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead an agile team, handling backlog grooming, prioritisation and cross‑functional coordination.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer‑facing, talent‑facing and internal product experiences that generate measurable business value.
• Define scope for new features and continuous improvements, write user stories and set acceptance criteria.
• Use data, analytics and user research to break down complex problems, validate solutions and guide product direction.
• Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery and communicate mitigation plans.
• Maintain high credibility with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact products in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to drive end‑to‑end product discovery.
• Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design and product teams.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating in English.
