Senior Product Manager, OX Growth

About the role

Fundraise Up is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the OX Growth initiative. You will be responsible for turning product adoption into a predictable driver of retention, expansion, and processing‑volume growth for nonprofit organizations using our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own retention, product adoption, and expansion growth across active organizations.
• Define and execute a 6‑12 month growth roadmap aligned with Average Processing Volume (APV) and ARR targets.
• Identify adoption blockers and churn signals through qualitative and quantitative discovery pipelines.
• Drive cross‑functional discovery, validate interventions, and ensure measurable impact on customer retention and APV.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product management experience in SaaS or nonprofit‑tech environments.
• Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Fluent in English (C1) and comfortable working with a Russian‑speaking team.
• Experience working remotely in a distributed, multicultural team.
