About the role

We are a high‑growth fintech startup building products for the financial markets. We need a Senior React Engineer to own our most critical frontend experiences, partnering closely with product and design.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship high‑performance, responsive web UIs using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate user needs into elegant product experiences.
  • Plan and execute short‑ and long‑term roadmaps balancing user impact, technical quality, and delivery speed.
  • Raise the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to tooling and processes.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with modern build tooling and package managers (Vite, esbuild, Yarn).
  • 3+ years working with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Required skills

  • Next.js, Yarn Workspaces or Nx monorepos.
  • Tailwind CSS.
  • Storybook.
  • Server‑side rendering, Node.js.
  • Git workflows and agile methodologies.
  • Performance profiling, Web Vitals, SEO in Next.js.
  • E2E testing (Playwright or Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
