System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

Intetics Inc. is looking for a versatile System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner to join its global technology team on a full‑time basis. You will shape product vision, drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, success metrics and business objectives.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog of epics, releases and user stories.
• Make scope decisions balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk and budget.
• Engage stakeholders, gather insights, track KPIs and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure backlog readiness and collaborate with Business Analysts on detailed requirements.
• Lead sprint reviews, demos and release planning, approving increments against the Definition of Done.
• Monitor legal, data‑privacy and security compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and resolve impediments.
• Promote agile and lean practices, fostering a culture of experimentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently without a main Product Owner.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and prepare status reports for senior management.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience capturing, analysing and documenting business, user and functional requirements.
• Creative, customer‑centred mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• UML, BPMN and business process modelling.
• Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL client tools.
• Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST, SOAP, gRPC and micro‑services testing.
• ELK stack for logging and monitoring.
• Camunda workflow engine.
• Git version control and Draw.io for diagramming.
