Tax and Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Tax and Accounting Specialist will join GLT Solutions CJSC in Yerevan on a full‑time basis, working in a hybrid model that combines office collaboration with remote flexibility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality tax compliance, planning and accounting services to clients while supporting internal month‑end and year‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Armenian tax regulations.
• Perform tax calculations, assist with tax planning, and research legislative changes to provide technical summaries.
• Prepare accounting entries, support month‑end and year‑end close, and analyse financial data for tax‑related insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client advisory projects, improve processes, and maintain organized documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, local qualifications) are a plus.
• Experience in tax compliance and accounting, preferably within a professional services or advisory environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.
