Tour Manager – B2B Inbound

About the role

The B2B Inbound Tour Manager will lead partner acquisition and sales growth for our travel services. You will focus on expanding our presence in Arab, Chinese and Indian markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new B2B partners such as travel agencies, corporate clients and industry collaborators.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach and direct negotiations with potential partners.
• Prepare and customise commercial proposals, follow‑up on leads and track conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate partner data in the CRM system and ensure timely updates.
• Achieve defined sales KPIs and partner‑development targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops and networking events.
• Collect market intelligence, analyse partner needs and relay insights to internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, meetings, proposals and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership development, preferably in the travel sector.
• Strong knowledge of Arab, Chinese and Indian market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
