Travel Agent

About the role

Sumsub, an AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations, is hiring an organized and proactive Travel Agent for its Travel Team. The role coordinates international business travel and supports company gatherings, with a remote-first, flexible setup.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating travel for company events, meetings and conferences.
• Travel 5-7 times a year to lead on-the-ground execution at meetups, handling hotel bookings, ground transfers, meals and daily logistics.
• Manage and book employee travel (flights, accommodation, transport) using platforms such as Egencia, Arbitrip, City Travel and Navan.
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries in Excel, keeping them accurate and accessible.
• Provide customer service to employees on travel queries and issues, including weekend duties every 6 weeks.
• Monitor and comply with company travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong organization and multitasking skills, able to handle several travel requests at once.
• Willingness to travel 5-7 times a year with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and proactive.
• Detail-oriented, focused on accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Fluent English; other languages are a big plus.
• Prior visa management experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Use of travel booking platforms (Egencia, Arbitrip, City Travel, Navan).
