About the role

ID Bank is looking for a Loan Monitoring Specialist/Lead to ensure proper implementation of loan conditions, assess borrower solvency, and support early detection of credit risk.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with retail loan approval conditions.
• Track solvency of large retail borrowers.
• Oversee investment, mortgage and renovation loans, including on‑site borrower visits when necessary to verify loan purpose.
• Perform early‑warning functions for credit risk and related tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or loan monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis concepts.
• Good command of Armenian, English and Russian.
• Analytical mindset, strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Effective communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of business ethics and its application.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
