Vendor Commercial Coordinator – Armenia/Romania

About the role

Relum, one of the Digitain Group companies, is looking for a Vendor Commercial Coordinator based in Yerevan. The Coordinator builds relationships with potential and existing vendors, negotiates contracts and manages ongoing partnerships, acting as a proactive and analytical partner to support the Company's profitability and development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider commercial partnership strategy in line with the Company's business goals and market expansion plans
• Manage and optimise the provider portfolio, focusing on commercial performance, market coverage and long-term business value
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, commercial conditions and partnership efficiency
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage key provider accounts, including complex commercial matters and escalations
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Finance, Product and Operations to improve partnership performance and business processes
• Define and monitor partnership KPIs, assess results and recommend corrective actions
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting and forecasting for provider partnerships and commercial activities
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to support market positioning and international growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within Commercial, Supply Chain or Business Development
• Experience working with legal and commercial documents
• Experience managing diverse projects within deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency of MS Office, Jira and CRM systems
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with different cultures
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Analytical thinking focused on business development
