Chinese Speaking Sales Manager

About the role

PopOK Gaming is looking for a Chinese-speaking Sales Manager to join its team. The role covers developing and leading the sales function, building client relationships and driving revenue and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, keeping performance and motivation high.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets and report regularly on progress.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales with company goals and product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, and oversee sales proposals, contracts and agreements.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor the sales team and carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including managing a sales team and hitting targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management and contract negotiation is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Open to travel for business trips.
