VP Growth & Live Games

About the role

We are seeking a VP of Growth & Live Games to lead the scaling of validated mobile titles into profitable, sustainable businesses. The role functions as General Manager of the growth unit, overseeing commercial performance, product development, live operations and user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance, revenue, profitability and growth targets for multiple live mobile titles.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, manage user acquisition budgets, and drive profitable acquisition through ROAS, LTV and CAC optimization.
• Lead product strategy, live operations, events, content updates and data‑driven optimisation to improve retention and monetisation.
• Oversee development, engineering, QA and maintenance, ensuring efficient release cycles and technical stability.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary business unit, recruiting senior functional leaders and fostering a high‑accountability culture.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in mobile gaming, especially free‑to‑play or casual titles.
• Proven track record scaling games from early validation to strong revenue and profit.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming economics, user acquisition, LTV, retention and monetisation.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams across product, marketing, development and analytics.

• Live‑ops management and product roadmap development.
• Data‑driven decision making using cohort analysis, predictive LTV models and experimentation.
