Client Consulting Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Client Consulting Manager to lead consulting initiatives with our bank partners. In this remote role you will shape strategies, develop frameworks and deliver actionable insights that help clients grow their portfolios and improve customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with internal Visa teams and bank partners in strategic planning sessions.
• Lead project teams across multiple opportunities, delivering consulting solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and apply frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that address high‑impact challenges.
• Analyze large industry and Visa data sets to generate insights and measurable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, risk, innovation and global regional teams.
• Produce reports and presentations that improve client performance and drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a Big‑3 firm.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
• Experience managing teams and delivering consulting engagements.
