Customer Support Specialist – Filipino Speaking

About the role

On behalf of a rapidly growing iGaming client, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Filipino to join the team in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves delivering exceptional support to online platform users and ensuring a seamless, positive customer experience, with a comprehensive relocation package provided.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries about bonuses, promotions, account issues, etc., via chat, phone, social media and other channels.
• Record user feedback, handle bonus discrepancies and promotion disputes, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Assist users with account matters such as login problems, deposit/withdrawal issues and bonus payout status.
• Introduce current promotions and guide users through campaign participation.
• Maintain daily client relationships to ensure strong retention and engagement.

Required profile

• Fluent in Filipino and English (spoken and written); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 1 year of customer support experience.
• Prior experience in iGaming or FinTech support is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
