Commercial Manager – Armenia

About the role

Glovo is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth of its restaurant business in Armenia. You will shape and execute the commercial strategy, build strong partner relationships, and lead a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the long‑term commercial strategy for Glovo Armenia, covering sales, account management, strategic partnerships and monetisation.
• Identify, acquire and onboard top‑tier restaurants and brands, closing selection gaps and expanding the partner base.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships, helping partners increase revenue through ads, promotions, commercial activations and improved terms.
• Lead negotiations with Armenia’s largest strategic partners, balancing growth objectives with profitability.
• Deliver commercial KPIs, continuously uncover new growth opportunities and strengthen Glovo’s market position.
• Build best‑in‑class processes for the Commercial team and develop a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and the Armenia leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial, sales or business development, preferably within the food‑delivery or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong track record of acquiring and managing high‑value partner portfolios.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to balance partner needs with company profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
