Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Latona is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to shape and scale its digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy across performance, brand, growth and content, turning data into measurable impact for a fast‑growing marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Latona’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchases through performance marketing, paid ads, retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Oversee content direction for social media, campaigns, offers and seasonal launches.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers and management to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise based on data and manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Strengthen Latona’s brand positioning and launch special campaigns for holidays, corporate sales and key seasonal periods.
• Support growth initiatives for both B2C and B2B segments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work quickly, manage priorities and deliver results.
• Ownership mindset and high sense of responsibility.
• Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
