Community Growth Intern

About the role

The Unpaid Community Growth Intern role is a remote internship focused on expanding and engaging Oragic’s user community. You will support social media initiatives, interact with users across online channels, and help shape product and content improvements through feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Support social media and community initiatives, including content creation and scheduling.
• Interact with users across online channels, gathering feedback to inform product improvements.
• Organize and promote community events or campaigns to boost engagement.
• Track basic engagement metrics, identify growth opportunities, and contribute ideas to increase user retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen Oragic’s presence and impact.

Required profile

• Foundational skills in community engagement, online interaction, and relationship‑building.
• Interest or exposure to social media management and digital growth tactics such as content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Strong communication abilities, including clear writing, active listening, and empathetic responses.
• Organizational and coordination abilities to manage small projects, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Genuine interest in mental health, self‑awareness, and personal development.
• Ability to work remotely, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in psychology, communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience with online communities, support groups, or digital products is beneficial but not required.
