Front Office Night Shift Agent

About the role

The Front Office Night Shift Agent will be the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight hours at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth front‑desk operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate handover to the day team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and handle late arrivals or early departures.
• Monitor reservations, room availability, and guest accounts throughout the night.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and telephone or email communications.
• Maintain accurate records, manage cash or payment transactions, and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs and operational issues.
• Prepare detailed handover reports for the day‑shift team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including record‑keeping and cash handling.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills, staying calm under pressure.
• Fluency in Armenian and solid English; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability for rotating night‑shift schedules and attention to detail.
• Previous front‑office or hospitality experience preferred; hospitality education is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management or front‑office software.
• General computer literacy (email, office applications, data entry).
