Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team in Tsaghkadzor. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests, communicating daily activities to the next shift.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair tools, machinery, lighting, and guestroom items such as TVs and internet devices.
• Carry out surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repairs, and landscaping upkeep.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and use lockout/tagout procedures before work.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Painting, drywall, and landscaping maintenance.
• Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for equipment scheduling.
