Group Reservation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Reservation Manager to join our growing team. The manager will oversee and manage all aspects of group reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience for B2B partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process group reservations promptly and accurately, including searching and booking accommodation and additional services.
• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and preferences.
• Receive and process requests for hotels, transport, excursions, and other services worldwide for groups.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels and service providers to secure favorable rates.
• Create customized travel itineraries that align with client interests and budgets.
• Address and resolve group booking issues or client complaints promptly.
• Provide partner support for cancellations, changes, relocations, and other post‑booking cases.
• Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with travel regulations.
• Integrate technology tools for efficient reservation handling.
• Prepare reports and analyses of booking performance.
• Develop emergency response plans for group travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agencies, TMC, DMC, or tour operators.
• Knowledge of hotels in the Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of travel‑related regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with travel management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (spoken and written) and ability to work under heavy load.
