Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Nova Hotel Yerevan is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead its housekeeping and laundry teams. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, plan daily work schedules, and conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate inventory, ordering of cleaning supplies and linens, and manage laundry processes.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues.
• Maintain clear communication with management regarding housekeeping performance and operational needs.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with experience delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, linen care and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Basic HR skills for hiring, onboarding and training housekeeping staff.
• Relevant experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Organizational detail‑orientation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
