Internal Communication Specialist

About the role

Evoca is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to join the HR Department and lead company‑wide internal communications. The role ensures employees stay informed, connected, and aligned with the organisation’s strategy, values and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and activities aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Create and coordinate content for internal and external channels, including website, social media, press releases and other platforms.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, corporate news and other communication materials.
• Coordinate communication with media representatives, journalists and external partners.
• Monitor media coverage, market trends and public perception, analysing collected data.
• Support the organisation and promotion of events, campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistent and timely communication of products, services and initiatives.
• Drive internal communication activities that keep employees informed and engaged.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communication activities and prepare reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Higher education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations or corporate communications.
• Experience creating content for digital and traditional media.
• Knowledge of communication and PR practices, media relations and content development.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a results‑oriented approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of English and Russian.
