Junior Lawyer

About the role

MB Legal, a full‑service law firm in Yerevan, is looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to join its on‑site team. The role offers the chance to work on financial, corporate and technology matters while developing practical legal expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements and corporate filings.
• Conduct thorough legal research on Armenian regulations and relevant case law.
• Assist senior lawyers in advising clients on securities, corporate, M&A and tech law issues.
• Prepare memoranda and summaries to support client consultations.
• Participate in negotiations and client meetings under supervision.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Solid understanding of the Armenian legal system and regulations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to provide sound legal advice.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.
