Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate daily marketing activities across all ongoing and new projects. The role acts as the central hub, ensuring that marketing tasks are planned, assigned, tracked, and delivered on schedule while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of marketing activities for assigned projects.
• Maintain an overview of tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and approvals.
• Translate project requirements into clear tasks for internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, designers, and other service providers.
• Monitor timelines and ensure progress against agreed deadlines.
• Follow up on pending materials, approvals, and decisions.
• Organize and document project‑related marketing meetings.
• Maintain marketing plans, task trackers, status reports, and related documentation.
• Identify delays, risks, and escalations to the Head of Marketing.
• Facilitate information flow between Marketing, Sales, Project Management, and other departments.
• Support preparation and launch of new projects and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency between approved positioning, plans, and executed activities.
• Provide regular status updates to the Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management, marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to structure information, follow up systematically and ensure task completion.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors or outsourced service providers is an advantage.
• Good understanding of marketing processes.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.
