Methodologist – Internal Policies & Procedures

About the role

FC Capital Limited is looking for a Methodologist to design, draft, and maintain the company’s internal policies, procedures and processes. You will ensure that all documentation is clear, consistent and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide methodological support for drafting internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Draft, review and edit policies governing departmental activities, operations and services.
• Monitor review and validity periods of policies, notifying relevant departments when updates are needed.
• Coordinate preparation and approval of policies within the governance framework.
• Maintain the distribution list and register of internal policies and procedures.
• Manage and archive the electronic database of all related documentation.
• Offer methodological guidance on the practical application of policies.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• International qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with sector‑related legislation and regulatory legal acts is advantageous.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles.
• Strong computer skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and effective communication abilities.
