Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Freedx, a newly launched cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven acquisition campaigns and optimise the entire customer journey. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own paid‑media strategy, email direct marketing and lifecycle initiatives to maximise new user sign‑ups, lower CPA and boost lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns (search, display, social, affiliate) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Own paid‑media budget allocation, continuously optimise spend based on ROI and performance metrics.
• Plan and execute lifecycle marketing programmes, including onboarding, activation, retention and re‑engagement.
• Design and run EDM strategies: audience segmentation, content creation and automated workflow implementation.
• Analyse channel performance, conduct A/B tests and use data insights to refine targeting, messaging and funnel conversion.
• Produce regular performance reports and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with product, content, growth and design teams to ensure cohesive, brand‑consistent campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance or paid‑media marketing, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency or a fast‑growing digital product.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional work.
