Principal Lawyer

About the role

MB Legal is seeking a Principal Lawyer to join its Yerevan office. This full‑time, on‑site role involves delivering high‑quality legal advice across corporate, financial and technology matters while leading a team of lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal advice to corporate, financial and technology clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, securities filings, M&A documentation, and immigration paperwork.
• Lead and mentor a team of lawyers and junior lawyers, delegating tasks and overseeing quality.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on Armenian regulations and international legal developments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate legal support.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate, financial, immigration or technology law.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑management skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Drafting legal documents.

• Knowledge of Armenian legal system and regulations.
