Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and data‑driven Senior Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects from inception to delivery for international clients. The role focuses on operational excellence, cross‑functional alignment, and delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from client onboarding to final delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, leading kick‑off meetings and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Assign tasks to internal teams, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates.
• Gather client feedback, drive continuous improvements, and ensure seamless handoffs at project conclusion.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities based on client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project or account management experience in a digital agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills and client‑facing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership mindset, and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong execution focus and analytical mindset.
