Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Talent Rise is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic partner for our client companies. You will lead full‑cycle talent acquisition, develop targeted search strategies, and ensure an exceptional hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer extension.
• Source high‑caliber candidates via LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and personal networks.
• Execute targeted talent acquisition strategies and passive candidate headhunting.
• Advise client partners on hiring needs, draft compelling job descriptions, and provide market insights.
• Conduct structured screening calls and competency‑based interviews to assess expertise, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Handle offer discussions, pre‑closing, and salary negotiations.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage.
• Track recruitment metrics, optimize conversion rates, and manage KPIs to improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional experience in an HR or recruitment agency environment.
• Proven track record of direct candidate sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.
• Experience managing international recruitment projects and multi‑market searches.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly analytical, self‑organized, and capable of handling multiple complex searches simultaneously.
