Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the Fit‑to‑Standard phase and configure our Contingent Workforce Management solution. You will map current processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and work closely with business stakeholders throughout the implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with business stakeholders to assess current contingent workforce processes.
• Map existing processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities, document gaps, and configure workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates.
• Translate business requirements into out‑of‑the‑box Fieldglass functionality and flag any customisation needs.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders from design through deployment and support the Contingent Workforce Management module configuration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on implementation experience with SAP Fieldglass, specifically the Contingent Workforce Management module.
• Proven experience leading or actively participating in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops.
• Strong ability to work directly with business stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency.

Required skills

• SAP Fieldglass configuration (workflows, business rules, user roles, forms/templates).
• API integration experience, especially with non‑standard/custom systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba integration points.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
