Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources (HRD) will lead the HR function for GLOBBING in Armenia, building a business‑oriented people strategy that supports both employee outcomes and the company’s financial goals. The role oversees the local HR team, operational HR processes, and becomes a full member of the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR Armenia team, managing hiring, tasks, and budget‑approved compensation.
• Run all operational HR activities in Armenia, including processes, tools, documentation, and HR budget management.
• Oversee recruitment for all non‑leadership positions, ensuring service‑level agreements and timely offers within the approved pay grid.
• Maintain transparent staffing tables, pay logic, and conduct payroll and headcount audits.
• Manage employee relations, labour‑law matters, attendance control, and organisational charts.
• Partner with line managers on hiring, dismissals, and compensation decisions, and participate in company leadership meetings.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, payroll, hiring funnel, and time‑to‑fill metrics.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on HR execution experience, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and case management.
• Business‑mindset with ability to discuss headcount, pay, and financial impact.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing an HR or recruitment team with direct reports.
• Strong competence with HR data and reporting.
• Experience in high‑volume operations (contact centre, delivery, retail, etc.) and knowledge of Armenian labour law.
