Account Manager

About the role

FeedConstruct is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between its sports data and technology platform and iGaming partners worldwide. You will nurture long‑term relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure partners achieve optimal return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting partner relationships.
• Serve as the connecting point between partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with partners to optimise ROI across FeedConstruct products.
• Collect, verify, and prioritise partners' technical and non‑technical requirements for new features.
• Analyse partner performance data and propose improvement actions.
• Deliver training on FeedConstruct tools and product features.
• Present new product upgrades and ensure partner understanding.
• Manage operational issues to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Literature, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support or client relationship management.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Armenian.
• Proven track record of growing and managing client accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data‑driven, customer‑service oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
