Business Development Executive

About the role

FeedConstruct is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to align strategies and expand the company’s presence in existing and new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitor activities and client needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that increase revenue and strengthen brand presence.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients for long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company goals.
• Track and analyse KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Coordinate onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Attend networking events, conferences and industry seminars to expand the company’s network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
